The truck belonged to the Bank of Banoi and Sinamoi knows it is powerful enough to get them through the blocked streets of Moresby. To help them achieve this safely, Sinamoi gives the main quest Born to be Wild, where the heroes have to travel back to the Hotel to reach its Parking Lot, where an Armored Truck is found. This does little to alleviate the situation and Sinamoi fears that the heroes might have to travel to Moresby to look for supplies. Whilst the hero does this, Sinamoi gets concerned about the survivor's supply of food and drink, giving the main quest A Piece of Cake, to gather canned food from the nearby bars, and Seek'n'Loot to gather Juice Packs from the Lighthouse/ City Tunnel Gas Station. Sinamoi and the others then drive to the Lifeguard Tower, where they settle in and Sinamoi gives the main quest To Kill Time, where the heroes must help two survivors, Mike and Dominic to bring gas to burn the bodies and a radio part for the tower's transceiver array respectively. After retrieving the keycard, Sinamoi then gives the main quest Exodus, asking the heroes to clear the way to the Lifeguard Tower and make it safe for the survivors to move to. After giving up because of this, he gives the main quest Passport to Life where the heroes must retrieve his keycard to the Lifeguard Tower, where Sinamoi plans to move everyone to as it is far more defensible, and spacious, than the Beach House. After saving him, Sinamoi attempts to contact someone on the radio, which has a bad signal. Upon questioning his whereabouts, the hero is informed that Sinamoi is outside fighting off zombies, prompting the main Quest Blood on the Sand to go help him. After the hero blacks out again and wakes up, Sinamoi is missing along with James, who took some of the survivors after a disagreement with Sinamoi. Sinamoi is first seen by the Heroes after they awake in the Beach House after being knocked out by a Zombie in the Royal Palms Resort, arguing with James Stein about the likelihood of the hero's survival.
